TRYP Badhotel The Hague Scheveningen is a fully renovated hotel just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. With 90 modern rooms, wellness facilities, a fitness room, meeting spaces and an enthusiastic team, we offer our guests a comfortable, relaxed and welcoming stay.

Behind the scenes, our Maintenance Team plays an essential role. Thanks to your work, our guest rooms, facilities and public areas remain in excellent condition.

What will you do?

No two days are the same. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical maintenance of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
Troubleshooting technical issues and carrying out repairs.
Checking installations, equipment and technical systems.
Performing minor painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing work.
Identifying maintenance issues and contributing ideas for improvements.
Coordinating and supervising external maintenance contractors when needed.
Ensuring a safe, clean and well-organised working environment.
Working closely with colleagues from Housekeeping, Front Office and Management.

Who are you?

You have good technical knowledge and are skilled in general maintenance.
Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
You are independent, accurate and solution-oriented.
You have a hands-on mentality and are proactive in identifying what needs to be done.
You are guest-oriented and always look for practical solutions.
You are flexible and willing to work occasional weekends when required.
