The hotels Steeds aan Zee and Hotel Noordzee are looking for a motivated Housekeeping Manager. As a manager, you will oversee both housekeeping departments and lead both housekeeping teams. You will inspect the clean rooms before guests check in and check other common tasks. You monitor the quality of the rooms and apartments, and after your approval, the room is released for guest reception. You will create the schedules and divide the work between permanent staff and temporary workers. You will monitor and inventory the linen and are responsible for the inventory management regarding linen, cleaning supplies, and other stocks.We are looking for a person with a preference for small-scale operations and frequent guest contact.Working hours to be discussed. Salary according to the hospitality CAO T5.5 for a contract of 38 hours.
