Night receptionist (reception) - Hoofddorp

OZO Hotels is opening a brand new, modern hotel in Hoofddorp with more than 300 rooms, high-quality meeting facilities, a restaurant, a stylish lobby, a gym, and a wellness center. We are looking for an enthusiastic night porter. As a night porter, you will be responsible for security, supervision, and hospitality within the hotel during the night. You will be the point of contact for guests outside of regular hours and will ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and tidily.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitoring safety and order in and around the hotel.

• Receiving, checking in, and checking out guests during the night.

• Answering questions and assisting guests with requests.

• Carrying out inspection rounds through the building and reporting any abnormalities.

• Handling telephone calls and reservation requests.

• Supporting other departments (e.g., minor maintenance tasks, assisting housekeeping with nighttime requests).

• Ensuring the correct registration and reporting of events in the night report.

• Managing keys and supervising access to the building.

• Performing simple administrative and reception tasks.

• Acting in emergencies in accordance with safety and emergency procedures.
