Our former hotel location in Breda now has a new and meaningful purpose as a reception centre for status holders. For this special environment, we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic colleague to strengthen our team on a flexible basis.

Where we once welcomed guests from the Netherlands and abroad, we now provide a safe and pleasant living environment for status holders who are building a new future here.
Although the location is no longer a hotel, hospitality remains an important part of what we do. We believe it is important that residents feel welcome and that the location is clean, safe and well organised.
You will join a small and committed team where you will be given responsibility, work with different parties and where no two days are the same.
What will you do?
As an All-round Employee, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the location. You keep an overview, are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and act as a point of contact for residents and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out various operational and facility-related tasks.
Monitoring rooms and common areas.
Identifying faults, issues and maintenance requirements.
Reporting and following up on facility-related matters.
Communicating with residents, colleagues, suppliers and COA.
Helping to maintain a clean, safe and well-organised location.
Supporting inspections and daily operational activities.
Thinking along about practical solutions and improvements at the location.
Carrying out Duty tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations.
Who are you?
You don't need years of work experience. What matters most to us is that you are enthusiastic, willing to take responsibility and enjoy working with people.

Available on a flexible basis and able to switch easily between different tasks.
Experience in hospitality, facilities, operations or a similar role is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. If you are simply looking for a fun and flexible part-time job and enjoy working with people, we would be happy to hear from you.
A BHV (Emergency Response) certificate is a plus.
