As a Night Receptionist at the Courtyard Amsterdam you will be a member of a great team where everyone is just as important as the other.

This is a part-time position of 2 night shifts per week, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

You will be responding to every guest’s request, including concierge requests.
You will meet different guests every day and you will have an exciting time.
You need to provide a personal and friendly service to our guests.
You are service-minded and your focus is on the guest experience.
You have an eye for detail.
You are a team player.
You have great energy and you are a people person.
You are flexible and positive.
You have experience working at a hotel reception before.
You are good with technology and have experience working with Opera (PMS).
You speak and write English and Dutch fluently, and preferably a third language.
You are flexible with working night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
During the night, you are responsible for ensuring a safe and smooth operation of the hotel.
You are comfortable working independently during the night and handling guest requests or unexpected situations.
You will make sure that all relevant information is handed over to the morning team.
