📋 You'll be rocking every day:

• Handling incoming reservations via phone and email like a pro

• Creating bookings in our system (Opera is your magic wand)

• Making sure all reservations are processed correctly — no detail escapes your eye

• Taking care of all special requests as if every guest were a VIP (because they are!)

• Being the point of contact for guests, corporate bookers, and OTAs before arrival

• Answering guest questions with clarity, kindness, and a smile they can hear

• Staying in close contact with the Front Office to keep everything running smoothly
