What will you do?
As a Front Office Night Agent, you are the main point of contact during the night hours. You ensure everything runs smoothly and safely, assist guests with questions, and keep the hotel operating. Behind the scenes, you make sure the administration is correct and that the day is properly closed.
Check guests in and out, even in the middle of the night, with the same smile
Keep the front office administration in order and close the day correctly
Help guests with questions and independently resolve minor complaints
Perform safety rounds throughout the hotel and ensure everything is under control
Who are you?
You come alive at night and, regardless of the hour, remain sharp, friendly, and helpful. You have a hospitality mindset that immediately puts guests at ease and a work ethic your colleagues can rely on.
You live in or near Amsterdam/Amstelveen
You speak fluent English; Dutch is a plus
You are presentable, hospitable, and stress-resistant
You have experience in a hotel front office role
You enjoy working between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM
