To ensure that guests have a positive impression of the hotel, it is important that the public areas are clean and well organized. This first impression strongly influences how guests experience the rest of their stay. Who are we?
Crowne Plaza Maastricht is known as one of the main meeting and conference hotels in Maastricht. Thanks to our connection with the IHG Group and their strong sales and marketing organizations, this position continues to grow. The hotel has a beautiful location along the River Maas. We offer 174 luxurious rooms, nine banqueting rooms, a hotel bar, and a high-quality culinary restaurant called “De Mangerie.” Service, hospitality, professionalism, friendly staff, and consistent quality of both our product and service are very important to us.

Who are you?

• You are enthusiastic;

• You speak Dutch or English;

• You have an eye for detail;

• You are available between 06:00 – 14:00 and 15:00 – 21:00;

• You are available on weekdays and/or weekends.

What are your tasks?
Your main responsibility is to ensure that the public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy. During your shifts, you will vacuum the lobby and wipe down surfaces to keep everything looking neat. If you are working an evening shift, it is possible that some guest rooms may still need to be cleaned, for example after a late check-out.

Your role is essential in making sure our guests receive a great first impression of the hotel.
