We are ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, a three-star hotel with 644 rooms, 5 F&B outlets, 5 meeting rooms, and most importantly, a team of 80 fantastic colleagues who are there for our guests every day! We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist with a true passion for hospitality to join our reception team.

Here's what you'll do!

As a Receptionist at ibis Schiphol, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests. If a guest has a question, you'll happily investigate to assist them in the best way possible. Whether it's providing tips about the city, arranging a taxi, or informing them about breakfast timings, you'll ensure every guest leaves satisfied! You'll also assist our Front Office team with guest check-ins and check-outs, invoice preparation, and handling administrative tasks. Answering phone calls will also be part of your role.

Furthermore, you'll need to be resilient under stress and a true multitasker, as you'll need to promptly arrange rooms for stranded travelers from Schiphol.
