What will you be doing as a Receptionist at Inntel Hotels

You are someone who not only knows the well-known highlights of the city, but also the hidden gems that only the real locals know. With your tips about the area, you ensure an unforgettable city trip for our guests. Happy and satisfied guests are your main goal!

As a Receptionist, you also ensure a warm welcome and a quick check-in for all our guests. You do not get stressed at peak times and help every guest with attention and enthusiasm. You answer all questions from our guests and help them where necessary. Whether it concerns arranging a taxi, giving directions or tips for the best restaurants in the area.

This is what you enjoy doing:

•        Provide a warm welcome at check-in and happy faces at check-out;

•        Informing guests about the hotel facilities and giving tips about the known and unknown highlights in the area;

•        Accepting and processing new reservations outside office hours.

•        You are available at varying times, including evenings and/or weekends. You can indicate your scheduling wishes in our online scheduling tool/app.

•        You have a good command of English. If you can speak another language, that is a bonus.

•        A salary between €2.432,- and €2.858,- based on 38-hours per week.
