You will be part of a dynamic Reservations team responsible for processing bookings and creating unforgettable first impressions for every guest.

What you’ll do

As a Reservation Agent Trainee, you will support the Reservations team with tasks such as:

  • Handling pre-arrival communication and accurately recording guest preferences.

  • Accurately entering and managing reservations in the PMS (Opera).

  • Processing individual reservations via phone, email, and online channels.

  • Assisting with special guest requests in collaboration with Front Office and Sales.

  • Providing detailed information about the hotel, its facilities, and local experiences to guests.

  • Learning and applying yield management principles and reservation strategies.

  • Performing administrative tasks and supporting special projects assigned by the Reservations Leader.

You work according to the hotel’s procedures and standards, contributing to a smooth and professional operational flow.

  • Detail-oriented and accurate work style.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
