You will be part of a dynamic Reservations team responsible for processing bookings and creating unforgettable first impressions for every guest.
What you’ll do
As a Reservation Agent Trainee, you will support the Reservations team with tasks such as:
Handling pre-arrival communication and accurately recording guest preferences.
Accurately entering and managing reservations in the PMS (Opera).
Processing individual reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
Assisting with special guest requests in collaboration with Front Office and Sales.
Providing detailed information about the hotel, its facilities, and local experiences to guests.
Learning and applying yield management principles and reservation strategies.
Performing administrative tasks and supporting special projects assigned by the Reservations Leader.
You work according to the hotel’s procedures and standards, contributing to a smooth and professional operational flow.
