Are you a hospitable, hands-on manager with a passion for gastronomy and wine? At De Kastanjehof, a charming restaurant-boutique hotel in the lush greenery of Lage Vuursche, we are looking for a Restaurant-Hotel Manager who can lead the team while actively working on the floor. You will be responsible for the restaurant, hotel operations, and banqueting – no two days are the same!

With fourteen elegant rooms, a spacious terrace, and an exceptional kitchen, we offer our guests a unique experience—whether it’s an intimate dinner, a luxurious getaway, or a grand event. Hospitality, fine dining, and attention to detail are at the heart of what we do.

Your Role

As a Restaurant-Hotel Manager, you ensure smooth operations across the restaurant and hotel. You will:

• Deliver a top-tier guest experience.

• Train and inspire staff to provide excellent service.

• Advise guests on wine and food pairings.

• Handle reservations, emails, and hotel check-ins & check-outs.

• Work with precision, digital skills, and an eye for perfection.
