THE ROLE
As a Front Desk Agent, you work at the heart of Hotel Beaumont, a leading luxury boutique hotel in the upper segment. You are one of the familiar faces our guests rely on and play an important role in making every stay feel truly special.
You welcome guests, think ahead, anticipate their needs and make sure every detail is taken care of. From a personal welcome to arranging a special request, you know how to make a difference through attention, flair and genuine hospitality.
You move confidently through the dynamics of the hotel, keep an overview and work closely with colleagues across different departments. You take responsibility, think in solutions and, together with the team, maintain the high standards Hotel Beaumont is known for.
Behind the historic façades on Wycker Brugstraat is a family-run hotel with more than a century of history, where personal service, craftsmanship and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do. As a Front Desk Agent, you contribute to that experience every single day.
THE PLACE
Beaumont is a luxury boutique hotel, located on the elegant Wycker Brugstraat in the centre of Maastricht. The hotel has been housed in several monumental city buildings since 1912, and with four successive generations, it is one of the oldest privately owned, independently run hotels in the Netherlands. The stylish rooms and public areas have a contemporary design with classic elements that blend in with the character of the buildings and create a timeless, restrained elegance. The renowned Harry’s restaurant and the classic Founders Bar are located on the ground floor. There are two private rooms for small-scale dinners, meetings and events. Beaumont stands for classic allure combined with timeless design and a focus on comfort, service and hospitality.
