For our restaurant Loef, we are looking for Supervisors that are ‘morning people’, enthusiastic about welcoming large banqueting groups and a full restaurant. Supervisors who are professional at providing the best service, keeping their working areas neat and clean. Every day we receive a large number of guests here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It will be a dynamic environment the entire day.

As a supervisor you will have the duty of overseeing the overall appearance and performance of team members. Guiding and assisting where needed, making sure that all guests receive exceptional service. As a Supervisor, you are the person who keeps an overview during the shift and makes sure the whole team knows what is expected from them. You are not on the sidelines, you are in the middle of the operation, leading the team. You contribute to the personal and professional growth of your team. With your engergy, working is a pleasant experience, every day! You will also assist management in the daily tasks of overseeing cheklists and regular trainings and coaching.

Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is located in the lively Overhoeks district in the centre of Amsterdam, the perfect location for exploring everything the city has to offer. A 33-storey building in Amsterdam's skyline, the iconic building on the IJ River will have a total of 52000 square metres, with 579 bedrooms spread across different categories but all with breathtaking views of the city, including a 340-square-metre presidential suite on the 31st floor.

The hotel's grand ballroom can accommodate 2,142 people, and a second ballroom has space for another 1,035. Other conference rooms of different sizes make the total package even better. The facilities on the first three floors are large enough to accommodate a total of 4,400 delegates. Moreover, guests and locals alike can enjoy international and national cuisine in six different restaurants and bars, including a sky bar with stunning views of Amsterdam.
