About the restaurant

The Ramada restaurant is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's a bar with snacks, and banqueting is also part of our concept. As Restaurant Manager, you play a key role in making that happen.

What will you do?

As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the restarant. You lead the team with enthusiasm and passion, ensure quality standards are met, and make sure both guests and staff are satisfied.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the team.

• Ensuring smooth daily operations and a fantastic guest experience.

• Planning and coordinating schedules and staffing.

• Monitoring the quality of dishes and service according to the restaurant’s standards.

• Analyzing operational performance and suggesting improvements to revenue and efficiency.

• Managing inventory, purchasing, and cost control together with our F&B Manager

• Initiating creative marketing and sales campaigns to enhance the restaurant’s visibility.
