As a Restaurant Supervisor, you are the face of our restaurant. You lead the team, ensure top-quality service, and make sure everything runs smoothly—from breakfast to dinner. You create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while keeping your colleagues motivated and performing at their best.

Coordinating daily operations in the restaurant
Leading, motivating, and coaching the service team
Ensuring an outstanding guest experience
Collaborating with the kitchen and other departments for seamless service
Contributing ideas to improve service and processes

Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)

At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality
Guest-oriented, service-driven, energetic, and resilient under pressure
Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
Strong communication skills – both in Dutch and English
Passionate about hospitality and a true team player
Excellent command of Dutch and English
A keen eye for detail and quality
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility
