The Anthony Utrecht is housed in a former city monastery in the Lombok district and offers a unique experience for locals, Utrecht residents, and tourists. The hotel features 61 rooms, 30 apartments, a restaurant, a bar, and a historic chapel for events. This hotel is in an exciting development phase with plenty of growth potential.

Volkshotel Amsterdam is a vibrant meeting place where Amsterdammers and travelers come together. With a café, sound bar, restaurant, flexible workspaces, creative hubs, a seaside resort, and 196 hotel rooms, it's buzzing 24/7.

The function

As Revenue Manager, you'll be directly responsible for developing and implementing Hotel The Anthony's pricing policy. You'll analyze historical data and market trends, and create accurate forecasts to optimize revenue and occupancy. You'll also work closely with your colleagues.Revenue Manager of VolkshotelTo share knowledge and strategies and support each other. Together, you'll ensure the best possible results for both locations.

In the future, your expertise will also be utilized for a new hotel in Rotterdam. You'll work closely with various departments, including sales, front and back office, housekeeping, and finance.

Your responsibilities

• Manage room rates through a revenue management system.

• Preparing forecasts, analyses and reports.

• Developing and implementing pricing strategies.

• Itdeploying online marketing campaigns and advertisements.

• Drafting ofannual targetsand pricing policy.

• Act as a point of contact and information source for other departments.

What are you bringing?

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Revenue Manager.

• A completed higher vocational or university degree in Economics, Business Administration or Hotel Management.

• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of the hotel market.

• You are results-oriented, accurate and have a keen eye for trends and developments.

• You work in a planned and structured manner.

• You are also willing to be available outside office hours to help resolve system problems or adjust availability/prices if this cannot wait.
