What will I be doing?
As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and refilling amenities, so that our guests have a perfect experience! Like every other department in Hilton Rotterdam you contribute in delivering good customer service. Your daily responsibilities are:
- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms
- Vacuum rooms and corridors
- Change bed linen, towels and guest amenities
- Carry out regular deep cleaning tasks
- Restock and maintain trolley
- Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Carry out lost and found procedures
What are the job requirements?
Working in the Housekeeping is very physical. This means that it is important you are in good shape and able to work in a fast pace. Previous Housekeeping experience is a pro, but not a must. If you are interested and willing to learn, we will teach you the ropes! As we are a 24/7 business, it is important that are available to work on the weekends.
