Room Service Employee- 5* Hotel

Do you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences behind the scenes and in direct service? Through the Career Coach, you’ll be introduced directly to top hotels across the country. For a 5-star hotel in the heart of Amsterdam, we are looking for a Room Service Employee. In this role, you are the face of in-room service and ensure that guests can enjoy food and drinks in the comfort and privacy of their own room.

Your role:
✔ You serve food and beverages in the room according to the hotel’s standards
✔ You present yourself discreetly and professionally in the guest’s private space
✔ You work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights
✔ You ensure the tray or trolley is presented to perfection
✔ You collect trays or trolleys on time and keep the corridors tidy
✔ You coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant to ensure smooth service
✔ You maintain a professional and polished appearance and adapt to each situation with sensitivity

Who you are:

– You have a valid BSN and your own accommodation
– Ideally, you have 1+ years of experience in hospitality (service, banqueting, or F&B support)
– You speak Dutch or English well
– You are flexible, service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
