You role:

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving sustainable commercial growth within Highlight Hotel Group.

You will:

  • Develop new markets and build strategic key accounts

  • Deepen existing relationships and identify commercial opportunities before they are even articulated

  • Create well-thought-out sales plans per segment or location

  • Contribute to pricing strategy, positioning, and propositions

  • Analyze conversion, customer behavior, and market trends, and translate these into concrete actions

  • Represent HHG at networking events, trade shows, and in strategic partnerships
