WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Shift Leader Service, you ensure that our guest lacks nothing. You are responsible for the smooth running of operational activities in the restaurant, the terrace, and the brasserie during your shift. You play a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience, leading the team, and maintaining quality standards.

Your main tasks & responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a smooth execution of daily activities in the restaurant, terrace, and brasserie;

• Leading, inspiring, and guiding the team during your shift;

• Distributing tasks and responsibilities among the team;

• Participating in the execution (taking orders, serving drinks and dishes, etc.);

• Ensuring an excellent guest experience through excellent service and professional interactions between staff and guests;

• Handling questions, comments, and complaints from guests;

• Guiding team members to improve their skills and performance;

• Ensuring a smooth flow of operational processes through administration, handover, and associated tasks.

• Financial closing of shift and/or day and counting cash registers.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER YOU?

We find it important to provide you with all the comforts and tools to maintain a good balance between enjoyable work and your private life:

• Contract for 12 months between 32 - 36 hours per week, 25 vacation days based on 38 hours, 8% vacation pay;

• Salary based on wage scale 4 or 5 (depending on experience) from the hospitality collective agreement wage table;
