Do you like variety and gaining unforgettable experience for yourself and your education? Are you a host(ess) at heart because you like to make people happy and do you want to gain experience in all departments of a hotel? Then read on quickly, because we have a super fun internship for you!

What will you be doing?

You are the first contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You will help guests with the self-check in, explain where they can find the best museums and what else is going on in the city. The next day you are up early, because you help out in the breakfast shift. You make sure the breakfast buffet is ready, set tables and clear them. Afterwards you go to the reception desk and guests will thank you at check out for your friendly service. As a trainee all-round, not one day is the same at our hotel. And that's what makes your internship so much fun! You enjoy the enthusiasm of the guests and do everything to provide them with excellent service. Because if you are happy, so are your guests!

The 4-star Crown Hotel Eindhoven Centre has 137 comfortable hotel rooms. In the restaurant (hotel) guests can have breakfast in a warm atmosphere which is typical to the region of Brabant, or settle down for a good cup of coffee. Our colleagues work hard every day to make sure all guests are taken care of. And we do that with great delight.

Who are you?

• You are easy going and have a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• You can handle stress and always work accurately.
• You are flexible.
• You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
• You have a relevant MBO (Vocational study) education level 1-4 or HBO (Bachelor).
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Alternating shifts are no problem for you.
• You are available for an internship of 5-6 months.
• You are looking for an internship for the period July, August and September. (Applying for another period is also possible).
