For our Housekeeping department we are looking for a supervisor with experience in this position. He/she can work independently after a short training period. The intended candidate is friendly and helpful, enthusiastic and flexible. He/she has a problem-solving attitude, is critical and has an eye for detail, has good communication skills with guests and colleagues and speaks fluently English (Dutch is a pre).
The activities mainly consist of:
- Checking the work of Housekeeping employees
- Scheduling employees and their work
- Maintaining the quality of guest rooms and public areas
- Training new employees
- Checking guest rooms for the operation of technical equipment
- Cleaning of guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinating work with other departments
- Assisting the reception with various guest related activities
- Handling questions and complaints from guests
