Supervisor Housekeeping | Hotel Breda - Breda

For one of our hotels in Breda, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you start the day together with the housekeeping team. You assign the daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that all hotel rooms are ready on time for arriving guests. Throughout the day, you inspect cleaned rooms, support team members where needed, and act as the main point of contact for the housekeeping team.

You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager, the Front Office, and other hotel departments to ensure that guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel.

What will you do?

• Lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team.

• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Inspect cleaned guest rooms and public areas.

• Monitor quality, hygiene, and productivity standards.

• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the shift.

• Coordinate progress with the Housekeeping Manager and the Front Office.

• Check inventory levels and report any shortages.

• Report any guest complaints, maintenance issues, or other relevant matters.

• Assist with cleaning duties when necessary to ensure daily targets are met.

Together with the team, you will ensure that all rooms meet the hotel's quality standards and that guests can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Working days and hours

• You will work between 10 and 25 hours per week.

• Working days: Monday through Sunday (schedule to be agreed upon).

• Working hours: between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

• The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation.
