Accounts Payable Employee - Amsterdam

Do you have an eye for detail and an affinity with numbers?

For our Finance team, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Employee!
You will mainly be responsible for processing all bank transactions and contacting the Reservations department regarding deposits. In addition, you will handle the physical and digital mail and correctly enter all purchase invoices into the administration. You will maintain the accounts payable ledger and contact suppliers regarding missing direct debit invoices. You will also support the interns in their daily tasks and handle questions from guests and colleagues.
In short: no day is the same as an Accounts Payable Officer — and that’s exactly what makes this job so much fun!

SUPPORT OFFICE

The employees at our Support Office carry out tasks related to their specialization for all these hotels. Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and Human Resources are centralized and work across all hotels in the Benelux.

A fixed workplace? Not for us!

Team members from these departments regularly visit different hotels and sometimes work at the Support Office located in Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark. No day looks the same, making the work varied and dynamic!
