To strengthen our team, we are looking for an all-round employee who knows how to get things done!

It is a versatile position that will be carried out within various departments: Bar/Lounge, Breakfast and also the Reception day and night shifts.

A radiant personality who will be the face of our hotel. A pleasant telephone voice is desirable, as is the ability to work with hotel system(preferably Mews). You are a multitasker and the central point of contact for various departments within the hotel, and you don't mind starting at around 5:30 a.m. from time to time. You enjoy the challenge of overwhelming our guests with outstanding service that exceeds all expectations

Some Job descriptions:

• Checking guests in and out

• Answering various questions from guests and providing information

• Managing all kinds of tasks

• Taking reservations

• Performing various administrative tasks

• Quality control in multiple aspects

• Liaising with other departments to improve service and quality

• Setting up the breakfast buffet and replenishing it where necessary

• Tidying up and keeping the Food & Beverages area clean

• Setting everything up for meeting requests

• Complying with established rules on working and presentation methods

• Receiving and storing delivered orders
