Your Role – F&B Ambassador
As a F&B Ambassador with a strong focus on breakfast, you are an essential part of the guest experience at Hotel 1635. Breakfast is one of the most important moments of the day, where we create a warm and personal start for our guests and ensure they leave the hotel with a lasting positive impression. You play a key role in this by delivering high-quality table service with attention, care and hospitality.

This role is primarily focused on breakfast shifts, usually between 07:30 and 13:00. Weekend availability is essential, as these are our busiest periods. However, we are flexible regarding working hours within the breakfast service, and shifts can be discussed in consultation. If you are not available for the full shift, different working hours within the breakfast period are also possible and can be arranged in agreement.

Breakfast is also the moment when many guests check out. During this time, you ensure guests leave with a warm and positive feeling, completing their stay on a high note.

Please note that, depending on operational needs and occupancy, we may occasionally ask you to stay a bit longer than 13:00 or support at other times when additional coverage is required.

At Hotel 1635, we serve a freshly prepared, high-quality breakfast at the table. We also serve good quality coffee and drinks, and everything is done with full table service, creating a personal and attentive experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve breakfast with attention to detail and quality

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests

• Handle guest departures during breakfast in a friendly and attentive way

• Ensure full table service during breakfast, including coffee and drinks

• After breakfast (from around 10:30/11:00), clear and reset the breakfast area, do all dishes and prepare everything for the next day’s breakfast

• Support the team by preparing the breakfast setup for the next day, ensuring the rest of the team can focus on guest check-ins and arrivals

• Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organised and inviting

• Work closely with the team to deliver a memorable guest experience

• Support during checking-in and out of hotel guests
