Job Description

As an Allround Food & Beverage Agent, you will be the face of our hospitality at both DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre and Haven Hotel Rotterdam, Curio Collection by Hilton. In this versatile role, you will work not only in our restaurant, dō café bar bistro, but also at Loef, our living room & café, in the banqueting departments of both hotels, and at Bar Calan, where you will create a vibrant atmosphere during evening service.

No two days are the same. One moment, you might be serving a perfectly brewed coffee or lunch at dō or Loef; the next, you could be working at a banqueting event or shaking cocktails at Bar Calan in the evening. You have a natural ability to anticipate guests’ needs and consistently deliver warm, personal and professional service.

Together with your colleagues, you will create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued and appreciated. Your energy, flexibility and attention to detail make a difference across all our outlets.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Taking orders and serving food and beverages across our various outlets.

• Advising guests on the menu and recommending dishes and drinks.

• Assisting with events, meetings and functions within the banqueting departments.

• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, from breakfast through to evening service.

• Collaborating with colleagues across both hotels to ensure smooth and seamless service.

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised working environment.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-oriented All-Round Food & Beverage Agent who thrives on variety and enjoys working across different areas of our hotels. You have a passion for hospitality and enjoy serving guests in a restaurant, lobby café, bar or at events.

You are flexible, sociable and able to adapt effortlessly to different times of the day and different types of guests. With your enthusiasm and attention to detail, you ensure that every guest has a wonderful experience, whether they are stopping by for a coffee, enjoying dinner or attending an event.

Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage, but we value your motivation, energy and team spirit just as much. You enjoy working with others, take initiative and are always willing to go the extra mile.
