Open Hiring

For this position we use open hiring, which means that you decide whether you are suitable for the position. • This position scaled in function scale III of the Horeca cao (Collective labor agreement). The salary indication depends on your knowledge and experience and starts from € 2204,40 gross per month based on a fulltime (38 hours) employment
• A signing bonus of maximum €750,- gross

• All overtime in time for time, extra days worked will be paid on request
• Decide for yourself when you would like to have your holiday pay paid out
• A compensation of €25,- per month for a company fitness subscription in one of te many fitness centers affiliated with Bedrijfsfitness Nederland
• Up to €500,- referral bonus when introducing a new colleague
• Work sneaker/safety shoe allowance worth a maximum of €50 per year
• A SWAP bicycle or travel allowance of €0.21 per km based on commuting from > 5 km which a maximum of 250,- euros per month.

What is important to know about this feature?

The Allround Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all public areas in our hotel, the offices, inventory of the boardrooms and public toilets. You will also be handling the transport of clean and used linen, make sure the garbage is taken out of the guest rooms and you’ll take care of the cleanliness of the corridors and stairways.

Who are we looking for?

• You are able to do 8 hours of standing work in a day
• You are able to bend and lift up to 10 kg
• You are able to (after instructions) work with cleaning machines
• You are able to work with chemical cleaning agents
• You are able to follow instructions in English or Dutch
• You are available at least 3 days a week, including weekends and holidays
• You are available on these days from 7:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 23:00
• You live in a 30 km radius from the hotel
• You can work in the Netherlands
