Assistant Front Desk Manager - Eindhoven

Are you the person who always gives that little bit extra? Do you have that service and leadership attitude, and do you know how to make guests feel at home? Then you might be the new Assistant Front Desk Manager.

What will you be doing?

You serve as our guests' and colleagues' main point of contact and give them all the information they need. You operate as the Front Desk Manager's right hand as the Assistant Front Desk Manager. You manage your team and make sure the shift runs smoothly. On alternating shifts, you perform all subtasks of the Front Office and guarantee exceptional customer service. You will also be in charge of managing customer feedback, replying to reviews, and following up on IHG action plans regarding our Front Desk services. In our hotel, there are never any two identical days, which is exactly why working here is so enjoyable. Along with your team, you take pleasure in the customers' enthusiasm and go above and beyond to give them outstanding service. Because if your staff is happy, your guests will also be!
