As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day schedule, and you assign the work to the employees. You set development goals for your team members and you ensure that the front office team provides great service, professional attention and personal recognition to our guests.
Wat are you going to do?
· Guiding and coaching the team and providing regular feedback moments;
· Ensuring that guests are greeted upon arrival and taking time to build a personal connection with the guest;
· Dealing with guest complaints, asking for feedback to optimize guest satisfaction;
· Check the activities at the front office;
· Check guest invoices according to hotel policy and ensure that all transactions are handled in a secure manner;
· Train the team in emergency response procedures;
· Act as a central point of communication in the event of an emergency/crisis situation;
· Work duty shifts;
· Be responsible for all incoming reservations;
· Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to drive sustainability programs.

• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
• You are administratively strong and can handle computer systems well;
