As Assistant Front Office Manager, you are the right hand of our Rooms Division Manager and a key figure within the hotel. You ensure that our Front Office team performs at a top level every single day. You safeguard quality, focus on guest experience, and proactively think along about improvement opportunities.

  • You have experience within Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • You are communicative, guest‑oriented, and a natural leader.

  • You think in solutions and maintain an overview, even during busy moments.

  • You speak fluent Dutch and good English.

  • You have knowledge of PMS systems (experience with OPERA is a plus).

  • You are flexibly available, including evenings and weekends.
