As Assistant Front Office Manager, you are the right hand of our Rooms Division Manager and a key figure within the hotel. You ensure that our Front Office team performs at a top level every single day. You safeguard quality, focus on guest experience, and proactively think along about improvement opportunities.

You have experience within Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably in a supervisory role.
You are communicative, guest‑oriented, and a natural leader.
You think in solutions and maintain an overview, even during busy moments.
You speak fluent Dutch and good English.
You have knowledge of PMS systems (experience with OPERA is a plus).
You are flexibly available, including evenings and weekends.
