What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

• You are planning and preparing the meeting room set up for the following days as planned out in the function sheets;

• You are opening/closing daily operations, acting as a first point of contact for the guests, supporting them with any inquiries and troubleshooting with any technical challenges;

• You are monitoring all breaks and lunch/dinner buffets;

• Attending the weekly events sheet meeting in the absence of the manager;

• Monitor daily updates to the events planning and adjust accordingly;

• You will be in close contact with other departments that are essential to the events, such as the kitchen, maintenance, and M&E organizers;

• Involved in monthly inventory.
