As a Bar Supervisor, you are not only the face of the bar, but also a leader on the floor. You lead by example, support and motivate your team, and ensure that every shift runs smoothly. You combine hands-on bartending with supervisory responsibilities, always keeping an eye on quality, service, and team spirit. 

What you’ll do: 

• Lead bar shifts and be the first point of contact for the F&B team 

• Deliver memorable guest experiences through excellent service and quality drinks 

• Prepare and serve beverages, advise guests, and upsell where appropriate 

• Coach and motivate the team during service 

• Open and close shifts and ensure smooth daily operations 

• Manage stock and keep the bar organized and guest-ready 

• Work in line with food safety and HACCP guidelines 

• Share your expertise in beverages, wine, and food pairing 

What you bring: 

• Have a passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage 

• Bring 1–2 years of experience in a shift leader or supervisory F&B role 

• Are a strong team player who can lead, motivate, and develop others 

• Work independently and take responsibility 

• Have a hands-on, proactive mindset 

• Possess strong knowledge of wine and food pairing 

• Communicate clearly in Dutch and English 

• Are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and various shifts
