Barista – Breman Brasserie - The Hoxton, Lloyd Amsterdam

We’re looking for a Barista with big passion for all things caffeinated and the skills to go with it.

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.

Reporting to our Bar Manager you will be responsible to provide a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated.

What you’ll do…

In a nutshell, our baristas are the masters of our coffee bar and energise our guests with tasty Origin coffees and fresh juices. There’s also plenty of opportunity to change things up by helping out on the floor and behind the bar as well.

What we're looking for...

• Previous coffee experience in a busy café would be a big plus
• Individuals. You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
• Passion for hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night
