In short, you will be doing the following:

• The bar is your domain, and you ensure that it is always clean and organized. You prepare cocktails and other drinks and make sure your guests lack nothing.

• Create, prepare, and serve creative cocktails;

• Prepare and set up the bar stock completely so we can surprise guests with all products;

• Receive guests at the bar and take their orders;

• Provide advice to guests on various drinks;

• Prepare all orders;

• Maintain a good relationship with guests at the bar and in Restaurant Bougainville;

• Take care of the mise en place and replenish supplies;

• Clean up and keep the bar and surroundings in a neat condition;

• Initiate new ideas to optimize operations.
