Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays  

16:00 You arrive, with a cup of coffee, at the bar/restaurant for the handover with your colleagues and the evening (bar) supervisor.
16:30 After the handover, you and your colleagues set up the bar/restaurant and prepare the dinner mise en place.
17:30 After having dinner with your colleagues, you make sure the bar/restaurant is set for a busy evening. If necessary, you discuss specific details with the other outlets/kitchen.
18:15 The first guests arrive, and they are enjoying one of your specialties, an Espresso Martini.
20:30 Together with your colleagues you will provide the perfect experience for the guests with your knowledge of beverages and wine.
22:15 For one of our regular guests, you shake her favorite cocktail with your personal twist.
23:45 Rush hour ends in the bar, and around 00.15 you announce the last call.
00:30 After sending the handover you and your colleague enjoy a well-deserved closing drink after a successful evening.
