The hotels F&B department consists of a lounge bar, a breakfast restaurant, banqueting rooms and an executive lounge for our VIP guests.

Bartender

As a Bartender/Barista, you are the face of our bar and play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, provide excellent recommendations, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Working closely with your F&B colleagues, you maintain high service standards while keeping the bar running smoothly.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service at the bar

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Marriott standards

• Advising guests on cocktails, wines, beers, coffees and other beverages

• Taking food and drink orders and serving guests efficiently

• In depth food and beverage menu knowledge

• Operating the POS (cash register) system, handling payments accurately, and finalizing cash handling and register closure

• Preparing garnishes, stocking the bar, and maintaining mise-en-place

• Ensuring the bar and restaurant areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times

• Following hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

• Supporting colleagues during busy service periods and hotel events
