Dikker & Thijs is a charming boutique hotel on the Prinsengracht, where history, character, and hospitality come together. Our hotel offers an intimate, personal atmosphere where both our guests and our team truly feel at home.

In our cozy kitchen, quality always comes first: we don’t serve a standard hotel menu but carefully create surprising à la carte breakfast dishes that we craft with love.

What you’ll do

Prepare and present breakfast dishes independently
Contribute ideas and create your own dishes and seasonal specials
Work with fresh products, with a focus on quality and presentation
Help maintain an efficient and clean work environment
Collaborate in a small, close-knit breakfast team where your input really matters
