Where you’ll be working?

As a Breakfast Chef, you will mainly work in:

Haven Restaurant – Our breakfast restaurant, open daily from 06:30 to 10:30/11:00, serving an extensive international breakfast buffet for hotel guests.

What will you do as Breakfast Chef?

As a Breakfast Chef, you are responsible for delivering a smooth, high-quality breakfast service. You ensure that all breakfast dishes and buffet items are prepared and presented according to recipes, planning, and quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and executing mise-en-place for breakfast service;
• Preparing hot and cold breakfast dishes (eggs, baked items, salads, fruit, etc.);
• Setting up, replenishing, and presenting the breakfast buffet according to Radisson standards;
• Cooking eggs and other dishes à la minute for guests;
• Monitoring food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene (HACCP);
• Ensuring an efficient workflow during peak hours;
• Supporting with staff meals and early morning meeting breakfasts;
• Maintaining cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas;
