One of Amsterdam's oldest and best 5-star hotels, Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam, was recently renovated in 2015. Over the past 3 centuries, Empress Elisabeth of Austria and the Beatles have slept here. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to Dam Square, the Anne Frank House, tour boats, the Heineken Brewery and the Van Gogh Museum. It is also a short walk from the shopping centre, bars and restaurants. The 85 renovated rooms feature classic colors with red and gold accents. Daylight enters through the large windows and many rooms overlook the Amstel. For guests' comfort, there are premium mattresses, rain showers and Nespresso machines in every room, while you can also choose from different types of pillows.

All our guests can enjoy a varied fresh breakfast by the canal, served daily. The breakfast includes a buffet with local specialties, etagere with canapés and selection of the finest charcuterie and cheese, as well as an a la carte menu with more than 20 options. Breakfast is also offered as in room service.

What are you going to do?

As a Breakfast Chef, you are partly responsible for giving the guest an "Timeless" experience by preparing the perfect breakfast. You will prepare breakfast dishes - or parts thereof - according to the recipe and your own schedule. In addition, you ensure that everything is presented according to the Tivoli standards. You ensure that breakfast products are always ordered on time and that the working environment is clean and safe. As a Breakfast Chef you can be deployed flexibly in terms of days and you mainly work in the morning. You may also occasionally work in the evening when it is busy or during colleagues' holidays.
