You are a morning person and have a profound love for food and devour cookbooks and recipes. You are highly motivated and want to grow your skills in a professional and dynamic environment. You like the daily challenges of running a smooth shift with your team mates and remain calm under pressure. You are proactive with a creative mindset, constantly looking for means to improve.

Brasserie Harry’s is located in a historic building in Wyck, Maastricht. It boasts a vibrant dining room, lively ambiance, large open kitchen, and a dynamic bar. Harry’s is open seven days a week and serves a seasonal menu featuring contemporary brasserie dishes. The menu suits any occasion and any moment.
