OZO Hotels is opening a brand new, modern hotel in Hoofddorp with more than 300 rooms, high-quality meeting facilities, a restaurant, a stylish lobby, a gym, and a wellness center. We are looking for an enthusiastic breakfast employee. As a breakfast employee, you will be the first point of contact for guests in the morning. You will ensure a warm welcome and a well-prepared breakfast buffet. You have an eye for detail, work efficiently, and contribute to a positive start to the day for hotel guests.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting hotel guests during breakfast.
Preparing, replenishing, and presenting the breakfast buffet.
Clearing tables and keeping the breakfast area clean.
Ensuring hygiene and compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Checking stock and placing orders in a timely manner.
Preparing simple dishes (such as eggs, pancakes, or sandwiches) if necessary.
Clearing and cleaning the buffet and kitchen after breakfast.
Identifying guests' wishes or complaints and passing them on to managers in an appropriate manner.

Education and experience:
Experience in the hospitality or catering industry is an advantage, but not always required.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus (or willingness to learn).
Good communication skills in Dutch and preferably English (additional languages are an advantage).
