Breakfast employee - Hoofddorp

OZO Hotels is opening a brand new, modern hotel in Hoofddorp with more than 300 rooms, high-quality meeting facilities, a restaurant, a stylish lobby, a gym, and a wellness center. We are looking for an enthusiastic breakfast employee. As a breakfast employee, you will be the first point of contact for guests in the morning. You will ensure a warm welcome and a well-prepared breakfast buffet. You have an eye for detail, work efficiently, and contribute to a positive start to the day for hotel guests.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting hotel guests during breakfast.

• Preparing, replenishing, and presenting the breakfast buffet.

• Clearing tables and keeping the breakfast area clean.

• Ensuring hygiene and compliance with HACCP guidelines.

• Checking stock and placing orders in a timely manner.

• Preparing simple dishes (such as eggs, pancakes, or sandwiches) if necessary.

• Clearing and cleaning the buffet and kitchen after breakfast.

• Identifying guests' wishes or complaints and passing them on to managers in an appropriate manner.
