What you’ll do
Support the kitchen leadership team in daily operations | Actively participate in preparing and plating high-quality dishes | Supervise and motivate the kitchen team during service | Help maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety | Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements | Share knowledge and skills with colleagues | Assist in training and coaching junior team members | Work closely with Head Chef Jop Schippers and the Sous Chef.

Nice to have
Experience in a brasserie or similar concept | Interest in luxury hospitality | Experience or interest in coaching and developing others | Affinity with French cuisine or Mediterranean flavors.
