At 05:45h your day starts. You start with a good cup of coffee and and you have some time to speak to your colleagues. At 06:00h you start preparing the breakfast for the guests. You have been doing this for a while now and everything is going well. When the first guests arrive for breakfast you have a chat with the guests and answer any questions. You enjoy going that extra mile and make a connection with the guest.

You notice that the croissants are more popular than usual, so you decide to bake another 20. Nothing misses your eye which makes the breakfast area look good continuedly. When you started here you were a little nervous at first, but after a while you’ve gotten familiar with the daily tasks. You help the guests when needed and make sure the breakfast is always prepared on time. When breakfast is over you start the cleaning. You help to make sure the kitchen and restaurant area are both looking clean and fresh and are looking like new. It is your goal to develop into the role of F&B supervisor.  Tasks and responsibility’s:

· Making sure the tasks are divided well on your shift;

· Helping your team in serving breakfast and lunch for the guests;

· Responsibele for food and clean hygiene of the F&B outlets

. Responsibele for purchasing food items the breakfast department

. Coaching and mentoring the team members of the breakfast team.

· Carrying responsibility to create an inviting presentation for different breakfast buffets;

· Helping guests when something isn’t clear

. Carrying responsiblity for the breakfast service scores

Job requirements

• Communicative skills in the English and/or Dutch language;
• The public transport timetable does not prevent you from being on time;
• Being attentive to the wishes of guests and complying with the set rules.
