Business Controller - Amsterdam

Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong interest in hospitality? We are looking for a Financial/Business Controller to join our hotel team and act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to senior management. In this dynamic and impactful role, you support decision-making, identify business opportunities, and drive performance improvement.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as Financial/Business Controller, driving business developments and identify business opportunities;
• Lead accurate month-end closings, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, utilizing the SAP system;
• Provide proactive financial advice to hotel management, supported by risk analysis, trend evaluation, and business insights.
• Review reports and deliver clear, data-driven analyses for decision-making.
• Oversee financial compliance, reporting integrity, and internal controls and ensure contractual and audit requirements are met aligned with company policies and local legislation.
• Support strategic initiatives such as cost optimization and tenders.
