The canteen is your domain! As a Canteen Chef you are responsible for the lunch for all our employees in the Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam. You make them happy by preparing a tasty and healthy lunch every day. You have a lot of room for your own input and creativity! You also make sure that the kitchen and canteen remain tidy and clean and that the stock is kept up to date. A clean workplace is very important and you are well aware of the HACCP rules.

- You have completed a chef training program or at least 1 year of work experience in a kitchen.
- You are energetic, cheerful and HOSPITAL! To you, hospitality means going the extra mile.
- You are proactive, creative and can work independently.
- You are available on weekdays and you live in (or around) Amsterdam.
- You have knowledge of HACCP.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Take care every day of the lunch of 60 employees and dinner of 25 employees in the canteen
- Make a nice standard level for International Food & Beverage (International staff)
- Refill machines (Coffee, vending machine, fridges etc.)
- Taking care of hygiene standard (HACCP) together with stewarding team
- Creativity with ingredients and costs
