Your role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for your own section and ensure consistency, structure, and quality within your partie.

Your responsibilities include:

Mise-en-place and service at a high level
Preparing dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintaining quality, pace, and overview during busy service
Working according to HACCP and hygiene standards
Collaborating within a professional team of 6–8 chefs per shift
Supporting and guiding junior team members

This is a demanding environment where you will develop quickly and noticeably.

Who are we looking for?

Completed culinary diploma (required)
At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready for the next step
Ambition to work at a high culinary level
Interest in Mediterranean cuisine, spices, and fresh herbs
Eager to learn, disciplined, and quality-driven
Team player who performs well under pressure
Good command of the English language
Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)
