You know better than anyone: without inspirers there is no strong culinary concept. You start your day by guiding the team and ensuring the mise-en-place is perfectly prepared.

In the morning you support the breakfast team. In the afternoon you create schedules, complete HACCP checklists, place orders, and prepare menus for meetings and events. In the evening you and your team are ready for service. You prepare dishes with care and only serve them when every detail is perfect.

You work closely with the Executive Chef to create menus. Together with the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, and Executive Chef, you form the culinary heart of the hotel. You communicate smoothly with the service team and know exactly how to distribute and check orders.

BIERFABRIEK ALMERE

Bierfabriek is a unique combination of a brewery, a restaurant, and a bar. In 2011, the first location opened in the heart of Amsterdam. In 2014, the second Bierfabriek opened in Delft, and at the beginning of 2017, we also opened our doors in Almere.

In the middle of the restaurant, we brew our exclusive beers, which guests can even tap themselves. One of Bierfabriek’s specialties is the charcoal BBQ we use to prepare our famous farmhouse chicken, which contributes to Bierfabriek’s distinctive character.

On Fridays and Saturdays, Bierfabriek transforms into Nachtfabriek, where our DJs start playing from around 9 PM.
