The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie. As Chef de Partie you are able to serve dishes on a high quality level. Your motivation, involvement, commitment and eagerness to learn are of importance. You are working in a young and ambitious team. Together, under supervision of our Executive Chef Jurgen van der Zalm, there is one goal: creating an unforgettable experience for our guest.

Who are you?

  • You have graduated culinary school.

  • You have gained experience in equivalent hotels or restaurants.

  • You are stress resistant.

  • You are flexible in working days and hours.

  • You speak English.

  • You are guest oriented and you have a positive attitude.
